Technology and Audiovisual.  Appropriate technology and support is in place to deliver your conference smoothly and seamlessly e.g. computer projection, sound systems, lighting video links, live web cast and video link and video conferencing.

Programme Handbook. From simple fold outs to comprehensive conference handbooks including academic abstracts, we provide a professional publications design and production service.

On the day.  Rehearsal, testing electronic presentations, double-checking stage entrances / exits, session configurations, equipment requirements and other presentation materials, stage set-up, technical requirements, specific speaker requirements, AV transitions and back-ups.

VIP speaker management. We are experienced in working with high profile and VIP presenters and delegates (including overseas Ministers of State, New Zealand MP's, corporation Heads, high profile guest speakers).

Cultural diversity. We are also experienced in organising and managing diverse cultural needs in a very professional and culturally sensitive manner.
